Feast on the Farm over 75% sold

Limited tickets are available for Lakeland College’s second annual Feast on the Farm as more than 75 per cent are sold to date.

“We are excited by the response and support we have received for our second annual Feast on the Farm,” says Geoff Brown, associate dean of Lakeland’s School of Agricultural Sciences. “By attending this event, you are helping students access more student leadership opportunities at Lakeland.”

Ticket holders will experience an agriculture celebration like no other. At the Vermilion campus on Saturday, Aug. 19, Feast on the Farm will include a delicious, meal in the field, cash bar, live auction, tour of the Student-Managed Farm – Powered by New Holland, and a musical performance by The Dirt Rich Band.

Their attendance will help Lakeland celebrate its humble beginnings as the Vermilion School of Agriculture, and support and create career-relevant, student-managed learning opportunities. Feast on the Farm is also a celebration of our special partnership with community, our rural roots and our dynamic future.

Tickets for Feast on the Farm are $100 each and can be purchased by contacting Lakeland's event services team at 780.871.5413.
