Is it necessary to visit Lakeland before classes start in September? View More ∇
Prospective students are encouraged to make early contact with the college, participate in enrolment events such as Open House or Student-for-a-Day, and attend information sessions to learn more about our business programming and its options.

It's also beneficial if you are in contact with the business academic advisor if you enrolled in one of our business admin majors. Our advisor helps you choose elective courses.
Where do I find my class timetable? View More ∇
Your class timetable is available in My Lakeland, the student self serve.

You will be given access to My Lakeland in early August. This is also where you can pay fees and the only place where you will be able to find your marks.

My Lakeland's portal is available as a link in the header of every web page on our site.
If I need Microsoft Office programs on my personal computer, which version should I purchase? View More ∇
Lakeland College network can only support Office Home & Student 2013 Edition, not the College and University edition.

While the Office Home & Student 2013 Edition is more expensive, it is a one-time purchase for the life of your PC whereas the College and University edition will expire.

Some retailers will provide a student discount with proof of current student identification. You will receive your student number on registration day. If you wish to purchase software before registration, you may request an enrolment letter from student services.

The Home and Student 2013 Edition is also available for Apple computers.

Please note iPads and iPhones run app versions with limited tools and functionality.
Where do I find my exam timetable? View More ∇
Your exam timetable will be available in Desire 2 Learn (D2L) and My Lakeland. You will be given access to D2L when classes begin and My Lakeland in early August. This is also where you can pay fees and the only place where you will be able to find your marks.
