CARE Testimonials

The field labs are very hands on and taught me a lot. The labs ranged from learning on a computer to walking through a bog looking for plant samples. These labs really helped connect the lecture material and how to apply it in the real world. Lakeland College really does care about its students. Help is easy to find and instructors are easy to talk with.

My highlight experiences are the hands on learning and the college social events like Band in the Sand, Faculty Rodeo, Little Royal’s rodeo dance and numerous Spurs events. These events really encouraged us to make new friendships that could last a lifetime.
