ASL and Deaf Studies – Certificate – Online

Lakeland College American Sign Language and Deaf Culture Studies Online
Lakeland College offers online courses in its American Sign Language & Deaf Culture Studies program

Courses are offered online Monday and Wednesday evenings with online labs four Saturday afternoons per course. See the drop down below for the course schedule.

Students must complete 10 courses to earn the certificate. Graduates may go on to the interpretation diploma program.

We are now accepting applications for the next cohort beginning fall of  2018!

  • Each course is currently $640.20  with exception to CO 118 Communications, tuition is $423.80
  • Labs are included in the course cost.

Online programs are delivered part-time and are not eligible for full time government student loans.

Students may be eligible for part-time student aid. For Alberta residents please visit the Student Aid website for more information and application.
