Employer Testimonials View More ∇
"I have hired mostly j-man welders, j-man pipe fitters and a carpentry apprentice. I find them to be knowledgeable in their trade and for the most part team players, which is crucial. As in most things it is the individual's work ethic that determines their success. If they are good workers and diligent at their tasks they seem to have all the required work skills and knowledge they need for starting their career in their chosen field. I don't know if some just don't get the big picture and don't care about missing work and or boozing, etc., but they won't last around here if that's the case. It seems to me that the graduates that want to succeed have all the skill set they need, it's just a matter of opportunity and application with some guidance from experienced people. There is no substitute for experience. We appreciate new employees that had the drive to go to and complete college and want to succeed in life. We will go that extra step to help them succeed."
