Admissions

Application Steps

Transcripts

Transcripts, a statement of courses and marks, are a primary way of how we judge whether you meet the requirements of a particular program.

Transcripts if you're still in high school

If you're still in high school, submit a statement of your high school marks including a list of your current year’s courses. You can self-declare grade 12 courses and marks when you apply online with applyalberta (Please just submit the courses that are required for your program).

Follow-up with your first semester marks from your high school when they are available in February.

By August 1, send an original official transcript with your complete academic results .

Transcripts if you're finished high school

If you have graduated from high school, you may want to send an unofficial copy of your complete high school transcript.

However, we must receive an official transcript before you can be granted final acceptance.

Note: If you went to high school in Alberta and applied online, we'll receive your transcript automatically.

Transfer Credits

If you have already attended a post-secondary institution and would like credit for a course or courses, you will need to apply for a transfer credit. Please see the drop down below.
