Like other post-secondary institutions in Alberta, Lakeland College prepares a strategic plan.
Formerly known as a business plan or comprehensive institutional plan (CIP), this report outlines the goals, priority initiatives and expected outcomes that will guide the college in the year ahead.
The plan is published annually and provides a roadmap for future success while identifying key opportunities, challenges and budget considerations that support informed decision-making and long-term sustainability.
