Employee Code of Conduct

Everyone who is employed at Lakeland College is required to sign the Employee Code of Conduct. 

This code follows the spirit of the college's core values, in particular integrity and respect. The policy includes:

• behaviour such as appropriate relationships and work expectations 
• confidentiality 
• conflict of interest 
• gifts and event tickets 
• inappropriate relationships 
• safe and healthy workplace
