We're here every step of the way.
Our recruitment & enrolment team guides future students. From the first conversation about programs to the moment they step onto campus (or log in online).
We're provide a number of services. We can:
- visit your school to talk about Lakeland
- answer questions about our programs
- participate in a school career fair
- organize individual or class tours at either or both of our campuses
- facilitate you bringing students and classes to events such as Open House
- invite you to counsellor updates—if you can't attend, we can still send you information
- provide posters, viewbooks and other materials for your students and school
Where are we?
During most of the high school year, our recruiters are on the road. We belong to both Alberta and Saskatchewan recruitment organizations. We travel to association events, and visit schools and events across Canada.
Our enrolment team spends most of their time on campus. They're the first contact for questions about specific programs. They help students from before they apply right up to the first day of classes.

Meet Dana our enrolment and recruitment supervisor, and enrolment specialist for trades and interior design.
An alumna who moved to Lakeland from the Northwest Territories, Dana brings both passion and leadership to the team. She is dedicated to helping her team — and every future student — find their place at Lakeland. Known for her energy, creativity, and community spirit, she’s always looking for new ways to make the Lakeland experience unforgettable.

Meet Asia, an recruitment advisor based out of our Lloydminster campus.
Asia is proud to recruit in her own backyard while also traveling to connect with students in new places. Kylie isn’t new to Lakeland — she’s one of our own alumni. Originally from Ontario, she knows firsthand what it’s like to move west, dive into campus life, and balance it all as a student athlete on the rowing team.
